Dr. Stephanie Kladakis
Senior Vice President R&D and Global Regulatory Affairs
Dr. Kladakis oversees Research & Development and Global Regulatory Affairs at AgNovos. In this role, Dr. Kladakis develops and executes strategies for new technologies, designs, and products. In partnership with global marketing, medical affairs, and business development, Dr. Kladakis works to shape AgNovos’ overall strategic and innovation plans. Additionally, Dr. Kladakis leads the Global Regulatory team in its development of overall strategies, definition of approval pathways, planning and execution for engagements with global regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Prior to joining AgNovos, Dr. Kladakis served as the Vice President of Research & Development, and then Chief Scientific Officer at Carmell Therapeutics Inc. In this capacity she functioned as the central leader for the research and development team as the product(s) moved from concept to clinical trials. She also led the CMC and regulatory teams through IND and Fast Tack approvals and initiated the technology transfer from development to pilot manufacturing for the company’s lead product, Bone Healing Accelerant (BHA). Dr. Kladakis has over fifteen years of experience in medical devices and biologics bringing novel technologies from concept to clinic, managing research and development, and supervising strategic planning and budgeting. Dr. Kladakis has successfully secured eleven patents, authored numerous articles and presentations, and serves on several boards and professional organizations. Dr. Kladakis earned a B.S. from Harvard University and both her M.S. and Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology.
