Mr. Nicholas Valeriani is a 30-year medical technology executive with a proven track record of growing the revenue base of established and novel technologies. He has also led and guided several major healthcare companies through significant strategic change.   

Mr. Valeriani is the retired chief executive officer of the Gary and Mary West Health Institute and currently serves on the board of multiple organizations, including Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, Surgalign Holdings, Inc, SPR Therapeutics Inc. and Prominex, LLC.  Prior to West Health, Mr. Valeriani enjoyed a 34-year career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, he held a number of leadership positions, and served as a member of its executive committee in the positions of Vice President, Human Resources, Worldwide Chairman, Medical Devices and Diagnostics and Vice President, Office of Strategy and Growth.
